Payment

Burn Candle Company accepts payments through Burncandle.co, Etsy, and Shopify POS, all secure payment gateways.

Shipping

Burn Candle Company ships USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate, both take usually 2-4 days. If you need a quicker option, please reach out to us before you submit your order.

Refunds or Exchanges

If you receive your product and you are not happy with it, please let us know. If you do not receive your product, please reach out and let us know so that we can find out why and either refund your purchase or send you something else of your choosing.

Bulk or Wholesale Orders

For orders of $150 or more, Burn Candle Company needs at least 10 days to turn the product around. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.

Contest

Occasionally, Burn Candle Company will hold contest for customer and social media followers. We choose the winner at random through a random number generator found here. If there is ever a question or concern about how a winner is chosen, please reach out to us.
